    New guy using snuff....initial thoughts.

You know, after I get past the burning and the nose sensation that says "something's wrong" its quite enjoyable. I KNOW I'm not using the right amount but regardless, even the tiny bit I do use, its not bad. I get a feeling of calm over me after a few seconds of using it. Maybe the nic hits faster in the nose than anywhere else?
Whatever the reasons, I like this. Might order some Blue Crest soon to see how it is, but I dislike paying 15 dollar shipping for two cans of snuff -__-

you have to sniff the snuff gently ... avoid inhaling it deeply into your lungs....

All you have to do is to have it in the rear side of your nostrils ..... and it should give you a nice kick instantly.

Snuff is great but not for those suffering from sinusitis..........

A really good method is the wet pinch as this adds weight and helps keep the snuff in the front of the nose. Lick/wet your forefinger and thumb take a big pinch, let it warm a little and gently place it, rather than sniff it, on either side of the septum; Works every time. The funny thing is the bigger the pinch the less negative the reaction. Beginners are often wary and take tiny pinches which cause a lot of sneezing and eye watering. Go large!

I'll start with Dholakia White. This is absurdly fine. I can sniff a scotch or a toast all day without any complaints but this snuff is finer than dust....
