Mr. Snuff Shipping/Receiving times problem

Hey All,

For Those of you that have ordered through Mr. Snuff Could you tell me how long it usually takes to receive your order in the United States.. How many days? What is the longest you ever waited for an order to arrive from them? What is the norm?

I have an order that I was told shipped on Tuesday 11/16/10 and still have not received it. Forget that I placed this order back on 11/10/10 and have had problems with stock items and lack of communication on their part on getting back to me. Bottom line is I was told when I was the the phone with them On Tuesday 11/16 that it shipped that day and that I should expect it in about 5 days, But we tell our customers it could take 7-10 days, But most receive it before then.. Well I still have not received it and am thinking maybe i'm counting wrong..

I know some of you have placed an order on a Monday here in the US and have had it by the following Monday and some even sooner. Am I counting shipping days wrong? If my order was shipped on Tuesday 11/16 shouldn't I of received it by now?

Hello there, My experiences is out of about 10 orders since Pact Act, is from 7 days to 15 sometimes Holidays come up or Dave holds my order 1or2 days to allow something I ordered to get to his warehouse. Dave and Natasha have always been very responsive to my phone calls or emails and always make everything satisfatory with my orders. It probably is some small hold up in transport and you will get it soon.
I have the impaitient disease and enjoy waiting and watching the mailbox. There is so much relief when it finally arrives.

I recently ordered from MrSnuff, and I think it took less than 5 days, or maybe 5, I don't remember, but it was a good time. It is possible it got lost in the mail, could be held up in customs, while it seems most don't even get looked at, it may be that one will. I'd give it a little more time to be sure, then let him know.

Remember once it's out of Dave's hands he has no control. They have the best intentions but you know the mail system. Keep the faith for a few more days. I'd be upset too, and you know I'm rooting for you I'm excited for you to try the HDT. Worst case scenario they will make it right. I had an issue one of my tins was bent, Natasha gave me a credit towards my current order. It probably happened in the post they didn't have to do that at all. That's good customer service I have total faith in the company.

Shipping to the US normally takes 5 -7 days; however at this time of year normal shipping goes out the window. We've had one order arrive so late that it arrived the day after the replacement order arrived. I think the record currently stands at 35 days.

Yeah, It being lost or held up in customs has me worried as does this from Mr. Snuff site:

Please be aware that sometimes (if outside of the EU) items can be delayed at customs.
In the rare event of an item not turning up, please
bear in mind that the postal service has clear rules for making enquiries into whether something is 'lost'. We must abide by these rules obviously. Royal Mail will not entertain any inquiry until 28 working days after postage, starting from the day after the actual day of posting. The Royal Mail does not count weekends or public holidays as business days . It is rather a long time, but I suppose they have their reasons. They will not deal with our enquiry on your behalf until this time period has elapsed.

I guess I have no choice but to wait and Keep the faith for a few more days.... I just hope I'm not waiting 28 working days as this will take me past Christmas, This would not be good as I'm not a big fan of paying my CC for something I haven't received... We shall see.. Hoping for a happy ending of a different kind

Shipping from the UK has always been slower than from Sweden for me. 7 days was the fastest I've gotten something from the UK. Add holiday traffic to that, and 10-15 could be expected.

yeah! I think I will, But for some reason I feel inclined to wait until tomorrows mail and see, But I'm not feeling confident about that because I've been saying i'll wait till tomorrow for days now....

I've always had fairly good luck with packages from the UK. I usually get them in 5 business days or so.

In Canada it takes 1-2 weeks, when I ship to my US address it is there in 5 business days or less

I did not receive my order yet... I spoke with Dave at Mr. Snuff and it did ship on Wednesday 11/17/10 But the Royal Mail will not entertain any inquiry until 28 working days after postage, It could also be held up at customs due to them inspecting anything powder because of some sort of terrorist plot with smuggling some sort of powder explosive hidden in ink cartridges or something to that affect...

In any case they are re-sending the F&T and the Touqe Spanish Gem part of my order at no charge to make it right for the inconvenience of my 1st order going amuck along with the other problems with it to begin with ... But due to the Snow storm and the warehouse being closed they are going to have a backlog of orders and alot of them will be dalayed. Dave is putting mine to the top of the list and the 1st to be filled and a rush on it when the warehouse re-opens, He is confident that my original full order will show up sometime within the 28 working days or thereof... That would still put me at christmas eve for 27 days and after xmas for 28... Dave is a very nice person and is showing Great customer satisfaction in doing this... I was unfortunatly one of the unlucky few of customs hold up or missing in the mail or such with my 1st order it would seem.. Great!!!
