How often do you snuff?

Not sure if this has been posted before if so sorry about that. Anyways I looked up some old threads on snuffhouse, and alot of those guys take a pinch upwards of 6-8 times an hour which to me seems like alot. When I'm not using snus I take a pinch once an hour to two hours.

If I were to snuff full time, it would probably be a pinch every 15 minutes or so. As it is, I probably take 6 pinches a day more or less. I tend to snuff more in the winter than summer.

It depends on what I am doing. I might take a couple within a few minutes, or it might be hours. My tobacco use varies so I am either snusing, snuffing, dipping, smoking my pipe, or rolling a smoke. Most of the time I don't combine them.

Only when I'm exceptionally drunk. I got my nose busted up 10 years ago, so my nasals always regret it the next morning. I think I have a physiological disadvantage to snuff enjoyment. But I still try. So I'd say... once a month really. Which negates my previous statement. I get exceptionally drunk more than once a month... I feel like my tiny stash will last me a lifetime. Dudes who go through pounds of nasal snuff ... I just don't get it. Maybe I need a nose job.

Not anymore, my sinusitis just can't take snuff.

I snuff in bursts. 1 burst is like 20 snuff spoon fulls, taken one after the other. Usually once or twice a day, at night.

Every day, to varying degrees. I tend to use more snuff in the Autumn and Winter. On average four pinches an hour.

I was curious to know who has snus'd for the most years here. And have you noticed any "damaging effects" at all? Also, has anyone experienced sore lips, bumpy lips or anything of the sort?
