But to answer your question dipper, I think that the proper presentation of this video to just the right authorities, depicting a careless display of firearms by persons who are clearly underage, might provoke some level of response. If only to ascertain that all participants are of legal age, a failure to act would establish certain liabilities with implications of dereliction. I mean come on some body has to care, and even if they do not, I am sure there has to be some media whore at the TV station with some airtime to fill. I am betting on it. Shall we wager?
