Yesterday I found a bonanza waiting for me at the post office. Orders from GetSnus and SnusCentral, plus my 3 ml syringes. I would have been ecstatic, except for one thing -- both orders had items missing. Of course I sent complaint messages via each vendor's Contact page at once. I have to praise GetSnus -- they always reply to complaints promptly, apologize, and send the missing items as soon as possible. In their case, there were 2 items missing, a can of Gellivare (on back-order) and a bottle of SnusX Rapp flavoring (I ordered two, but they only sent one). I've already had a reply from them this morning, with a promise to send the missing Rapp flavoring along with the Gellivare, once their shipment of Gellivare arrives. Can't ask for much better service than that.

SnusCentral is another story, however. I ordered 2 rolls of Offroad Coffee/Vanilla, but they only sent one. Minor errors like the ones above I can overlook, but when I'm shorted an entire roll... well, to say I'm not a happy camper would be putting it very mildly. What makes it worse is that it appears that Coffee/Vanilla is no longer available, so they've deprived me of a roll that can't be replaced. And to top it all off, they have yet to reply to my complaint, nor have they refunded the price of the roll back to my credit card. If they don't respond soon and make this right, it's unlikely I'll ever do business with them again. This kind of error is simply inexcusable.

On to happier things... when I got home from the office yesterday, I quickly and easily turned one of my new syringes into a ghetto tool within 2 or 3 minutes. Then I dug out the Landström's to test both the ghetto tool and this highly recommended snus. The ghetto tool works like a charm, although it's not exactly a beautiful piece of craftsmanship like the Icetool. And the Landström's is a fine snus, but perhaps a little too subtle for my novice palate. I've got a second pris of it in now, and I'm starting to get a little more flavor out of it than I did with the first. But I'm thinking I might just put it in the freezer and revisit it later, when I'll be able to appreciate it more. I've got two other open cans of lös already, so it's not like I'd be depriving myself.
