It's been over 12 business days now, still no sign of my package.

If you use transferwise it's a card transaction, to transferwise who then complete the rest of the transfer, bit safer and for me was a smaller fee.

Topsnus took THREE days from day of shipping for me. But that's hardly the company's merit, its actually down to the Postal Service carrying the package.
I agree wire transfer isn't the most confidence-inspiring method of payment, but a bunch of us have already placed and recieved orders from them with no nasty surprises to I've no reason to expect they'll one day stop shipping orders and keep the money...

Me too.. i wait for my snus over 12 days now and i relaxed when i saw your post now :P Also i am still waiting for my snus from topsnus. It was shipped before 8 days (they said)...so i hope this weekend will be full of snus

No, it came through fine, just takes a while with standard post from Israel

My Snusline order took 10 days to arrive from updating to shipped, topsnus took 5 days from shipped, but it takes longer to get payment through. I agree with Squeezyjohn, use transferwise for cheaper fee on bank transfer.

Did your order from Snusline ever get stuck at customs or anything like that?

It's not dodgy - it's just a bank transfer where you put the order number as the reference ... it's how a lot of european e-commerce is done instead of using cards. If you use transferwise the fees are minimal and you can pay by card. My deliveries took well under a week both times I used them.

Same situation for me, order made 13/09, mailed yesterday evening and they answered me this evening to confirm my order has been shipped.
While I ordered in the site was written that in this period deliveries are slow because of National Holidays or something similar.
Let's wait!

I emailed them several times now and they always tend to reply saying that "my order has been shipped and will come any day".

I know its not stuck at customs because those ****ers are so desperate to leech our money that they send you the dreaded letter fast enough. After 4 months I've resigned myself to the fact that it was either lost in the mail or never sent at all.
Sent them an email regarding the mysterious disappearance of my order and never got a reply, either...

Not sure if this is considered spam but since i'm not in any way affiliated with them, but if it is a moderator can tell me and I'll delete it post haste, or can delete it himself straight away:
Try topsnus. Payment isn't the most convenient, but they ship fast and fresh.

How long did delivery take? Their website payment method seems very inconvinient and dodgy...

Snusline for me often took a week or slightly more to come to the UK ... don't despair yet. Also it's worth checking the dates of big Jewish holidays and festivals because Snusline is based in Israel and follows their working patterns.

But if it doesn't arrive by the end of this week I would send an email.

Thanks for the reply, I already emailed them today. Hopefully it will come at least by the end of this week.
