That is a very good comparison for the American snusers.

and it makes no sense that they don't have stock in the American warehouse when they are planning a sale like this. They have everything in stock at Sweden why wouldn't they fill up the US warehouse.

I just checked Northerner. My corner gas station has a bigger stock than their U.S. Warehouse. Can't even get two rolls of General WP at Northerner, (they only have 19 cans), Ettan is out of stock, and they only have four cans of General OP in stock. Guess that they don't want U.S. customers

It's back for this weekend. Some alright prices on a few things for you American snuser.

Outside the US they got cruiser chew on for $1.30 a can so if you haven't tried that yet now's a good time to pick it up cheap.

If Gotlands Gul and Green came back, I would be happy, very, very happy!

I don't think that is ever going to happen........we came very close once to getting them to do a seasonal release........If I remember correctly Frank from Northerner was on board and willing to run it......Jimmy was pushing for it.....but the plug got pulled in the end anyway.........at that point I gave up.

Also, now that Northerner is shipping from the USA I think the V2 only policy will change (it was in place because they were shipping from Denmark/Sweden) That said, you still wont be able to get SM products until SM lifts their own self imposed restriction. However, I would think as more becomes available on their site you will be able to get a wider variety

There is no point us in the UK ordering from northerner, unless you want only V2 snus, that's all we can get. I don't use V2 so there really is no reason for me to order from northerner, which is a shame since they were who I placed my very first order with all those years ago, when we could order anything and everything.

if I could get LD, I could happily use that in place of General. I'm just going to have to stick with flying to Sweden a few times a year to stock up on what I want.

PACT has made a big mess of things. Hopefully with Swedish Match's push for FDA "Harm Reduction" status things may improve a bit.

I also think that one factor in all of this (Frida can correct me if I am wrong) is that for the past year or so Northerner shifted the focus of its operation to its Swedish warehouse. This meant more options and less stickers for us in the USA.....but also higher shipping cost.

It is my understanding that Northerner has recently shifted its main distribution back to the USA facility, which means they fall more fully (as a US based company) under the PACT regulations ......which in turn is the reason for this sudden reduction of selection but also of lower shipping cost stateside.

Maybe Skell or one of our other UK members can tell us if the restriction on the selection is just for us here in the US or does it affect UK customers as well

Anyway, thanks Frida for the info..........and while you are at it.......please remind Hans and Jimmy over at Gotlandsnus that their Plain Los will not run into the flavoring restrictions that their Berry and Mellon snus face......Also that Gul los (if I am not mistaken) is already PACT/FDA approved.........If they will sell them through your shop.........I will buy the first 5,000 warning stickers..........

Jimmy.....Hans.....you have a whole line of snus geared for the American market that you can't sell in the American market..........on the other hand.....you have a whole mess of American customers who are begging to buy the snus you can sell us.....but won't...........I am a second generation Swede......and I swear my own people baffle me

We have seen this with a one other online store to date.....ugly labels on top and around the cans....it looks like we need to get used to it

Not sure how stickers on snus Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT). I wrote to my Congressman, Jesse Jackson Jr., when PACT started, but he went crazy and was sent to prison for theft, and never got back to me. My Governor went to prison, too. Maybe I should complain to a Kardashian.
