US Prepaid cards that do foreign transactions

I think I've actually found something. It looks like Serve by AMEX will work for me. But, unfortunately, it looks like BuySnus doesn't accept it. I guess I've gotta go Northerner and wait a bit longer. Oh well. Thanks for the advice guys!

Amex is accepted all over the world, I have an Amex card and have never had any issues.

Prepaid. He needs something he can buy today over the counter, and order tonight.

I've read the Walmart reloadable card will allow foreign purchases after you get one with your name on it(not the temporary card). The problem, is all your purchases can be be tracked, which is of course the reason you can't get a generic prepaid card for foreign transactions(feeling free yet?). I don't use credit anymore because it's nobody's business what I buy, but my own, and the companies I patronize. I'd love to see bitcoin accepted at more places.

I get that, everyone has different temptations in regards to credit. What about looking at a "secured" credit card though? It's just a preloaded card you keep filling but it actually reports to credit bureaus and stuff so its not like your traditional walmart card. I would assume since it is an actual credit card you can use it for foreign transactions and don't have any actual "credit" you can misuse.

I got rid of my actual credit card a while back, it's just too tempting lol. But yeah, I'm just trying to find a prepaid card that will let me do that. When you order snus, most of the places the charge comes from Sweden, and a lot of the prepaid cards won't let you use them outside the U.S.

I'm not really sure about foreign transactions.
I guess the question needs to be asked why can't you use a credit card?
I think you would probably do better off sticking with a prepaid visa or mastercard because discover and amex are not that widely accepted outside the U.S.

Does anyone know of prepaid debit cards that can do overseas transactions for ordering snus? My next pay is coming on a paper check and my stupid bank, with no physical branches, takes several days to post a paper check. I can't wait several days to order, so does anyone know of alternative options?
