I keep way too many open, But they are kept in 2 Vacuum sealed containers in the fridge and stay fresh for months...
At the moment:
I have 12 Portion cans open from OP's - Sterks and Extra Sterks...
I also have 7 Loose cans open of varying strengths from reg - Odens Extreme...
1 or 2 cans open would drive me nuts and back to smoking.... Variety is the key and spice to life... Gotta have it... Besides it's fun trying to figure out what I want next....Comment

The only problem I have with this (which is exactly what I have been doing too) is I have been having small moments of brief sadness the last couple of days. I rotate brands so much that just today I finished off two cans....Two more tomorrow probably.
