Snippage reversal would run me $20,000 - $25,000. So woman is rich enough.

Adoption has always been a possibility. And if I adopted, it would be an older kid. I really don't care for little kids but teenagers fascinate me. But again, divorce really screwed that option up. Although not entirely impossible, adoption by a single Dad is REALLY difficult.

One thing I find is I tend to seek out woman to date now that have kids.

That's cool you were adopted too. Thank you for you kind words.

My wife was adopted as a baby. A couple years ago we found and met her blood relatives including her mother. They are nice people but now she is more thankful than ever for the family she grew up with. Family is what you make of it, my kids call a friend of ours Grandma and there is no deeper bond than what we share with her.

rscott222, one of the most important lessons in life is you bond with those folks who you should, regardless of family or blood titles. My family was not the most stable when I was a teenager. And the mother and father figures who took me under their wings were the most responsible for me surviving it.

Sage, I'm glad you found someone to help support and care about you during those times. I also feel lucky to have you as part of this community.

Aww shucks! All BS aside that's one of the reasons i like this forum so much. I'm so glad that the ugliness has toned back down and the good vibes are back! I was starting to get a little discouraged. Too many of us must have been on the rag at the same time...lol!

I wasn't worried. We were just a bit overwhelmed last week for a bit. Once saner heads started posting, and other joined in, we were able to drag it back rather easily.

Don't ever stress it too much. Lot's of folks around here who are pretty educated in the care and feeding of a good web forum.
