I love this stuff...I'm on my first can now, been through twenty portions in the past four days and only have four left. I have to say this is one of my favorite snuses. Good flavor, nice nicotine level, and lasts a long time. What are your thoughts on General Onyx? I'm used to dipping copenhagen long cut so the increase from regular portions to a strong portion has been unnoticed...is that normal?

I really like Onyx but it tears my gums up somewhat if I use a bunch all at once. -
If I could only use one portion snus, General Onyx would be it.
The flavor lasts forever and the nic level is a good in-between.

Its my go to snus. I can't find anything else like it at a cheaper price. I love the taste, I love the can. The portions also last a long long time for me. So I snus less during the day.

Onyx was my first snus.
Mainly because of the great reviews back then and because, well..... the can looked so damned classy
I must admit it is my fav portion.
My friends i turned to snus that was their first as well and they still ask me to buy them a can every time I order more snus.

love it,,,,, in moderation. the onyx seems to get slimy in my mouth after too short a time, and by the time I hit the last portion, I'm not really wantin it anymore, Till I haven't had for awhile then I crave it..... but I'm one f ucked up individual, so I guess enjoy it if you do, don't if you don't. I really don't give a wankin Lazer, one way or the other......Comment

Onyx is great. N&J Black (when it was still made) is very similar to it in every way I think.
The reason why it isn't the best on the gums is because it is a dry portion. It's basically a white portion dyed black... It is quite delicious though.. I had one last night.
