The FDA laws only apply to America, so swag can be sold elsewhere, this snus swag may make it onto snus auctions. Then its private individuals selling swag not tobacco companies.

That's the tricky part. Every snus is flavored. Lets say they ban mint, and fruit flavored tobacco. Mint's pretty obvious, but how about fruit? General has bergamot, as do all the classic Swedish snuses. What about Ettan and Grov? they have flavoring, and I believe one of them is hazelnut. Nut flavor may fly under the radar, but it depends on how big a dick the FDA wants to be, and I think they're going for the biggest dick contest.

Maybe we can vote the bastards out of office before it gets too bad. Or there will be a major black market opportunity opened up. Not that they have not already opened the gate on that one.

Guys, like I mentioned in the "Snuson Swag" thread, we could get around this. We could have a snuson store that sells swag, or that conveniently gives it out to it's members for certain things. SNUSON is not a tobacco company, and there is no law against a forum that is pimping for a tobacco company to make swag that may or may not have logos from tobacco companies.
