I just want to through my .02 in here. Everybody is hitting on good points. IMO you should use whatever it is you feel comfortable using. My go to snus was General Wintergreen at 8mg. My mom came to visit and I gave her one and she actually got SICK using it. She said her head swarmed and she threw up. I ordered her some mini mint at 4mg and she is absolutely loving it! Her mouth is small and the mini's just fit better for her. She also is not a heavy smoker even though she smokes about 2 packs a day she only ever smokes 2 or 3 puffs and puts it out and doesn't inhale very deeply. Snus manufacturers are a business like anything else. They will do market research find out what people want and then provide a product that they can sell. If you feel like they are not making a product you want let them know that. If there is a large amount of extra strong products coming on the market then there was probably a demand for that product that they are filling. For me a higher vitamin N has been perfect but I can still use my 8mg for my hour to hour craving killer. To quote someone from another positing...if it doesn't feel right don't do it. If you feel like too much N content doesn't work for you don't use it.
