We differ, because I used snus intentionally to quit smoking. I quit completely in August 2008 and haven't smoked a single cigarette since; not even a single puff! I would recommend trying some "strong" brands in order to completely kill your cigarette cravings. I wish you best of luck and try all the different brands to see what you like best!
