Snus24.com sent me dry snus

Well I finally got an update from snus24.com, from a guy named Vladimir, and he was really helpful, he said that it's vacation time in Sweden, (must be nice) and that he couldn't get in contact with jakobssons manufacturer, so he said on my next order he'd send me a free role of jaks wintergreen. I won't be ordering for a couple months since I'm stocked up so hopefully they will remember! And I hope just one role was affected and not the other, at least all the other snus seems fine. I was aggravated because it took at least a week for them to get back to me, but offering me a free role was surprising. Seems like I'll stick with snus24, even though it took awhile to respond I'm very pleased that they were understanding with my concern.

That is great to know. It is so nice when a company cares for its customers. I also agree 100% with PP's advice....keep the email and send it as a reminder before your next order
