i probably haven't posted in the past 12 months. in fact i've been vaping for a year now. but i've since decided that i miss snus the most. i have my favourites that are still around in the market and some that have since disappeared. i haven't really seen much excitement in the snus industry in sometime and the new products they're releasing aren't grabbing my attention.

Yeah, I hear you brother, Snus just is a hard sell. Vaping is a rage with ecigs the new focus and savior of big Tobacco. Big Snus is clueless. Add in the PACT act and FDA approval, rapidly escalating snus prices, 7 portions in a can, ass rape shipping charges, and a land grab from moderators, the future here is Bright!

But Rick....from what I've seen new members are always turning up and are welcomed heartily and warmly here. I tend to stay away from the welcome section because I know that I can be a bit raw - so I give them a chance before I rape them But seriously, people have more to do with their lives than us regulars. Normally somebody would just stop by ask a question, get what they need and then go away again. Let's face it, the reason why people turn up and don't stay is because there's not a huge amount to talk about and if they do a search all of the information they would have asked for anyway it is readily available. Given the small amount of regular posters suggests that the majority of people simply don't want to keep coming back and not because of anything in particular. If they wanted to come back they would - I've had a bloody nose on a few occasions but I came back - because I wanted to. Nobody here has been outright nasty to a new member unless they were obviously trolling which we had a while back. Let's summarise snus as an example - it's safer than smoking, it comes in portions and los, it comes in different flavours, you stick it in your mouth. There, done. I can't even convert a single smoker so that speaks volumes to me about the popularity. It's simply not as fascinating as we think it is.

The auto-correction of swearwords still needs to be switched off. Yes, I can easily type fück instead of ****, but it doesn't feel the same. I think the overall vibe of this forum was better when there were no rules at all and we were just a bunch of civilised adults chatting with each other, not trying to be some politically correct, castrated "role-models", so to speak.

I totally accept though, that it is to the owners of this site, to decide about such matters.
