Northerner site issues today

Ordered from them Friday night, snus arrived today to my house in New Hampshire. Not too shabby.

I did open a ticket 48 hours ago and still no answer. I dont know what is so hard about answering tickets, even more when i already have paid for my order. Items were in stock the moment i did buy them and now it says the one product is out of stock and my order is pending. Well, i just want to know how long it will take until the item is in stock again or if they can change this to a product which is in stock and has the acurate same price. Seems a hard question.

This sad since i like to order from them. I hope they solve my problem soon.

UPDATE: They did already solve me problem, so i am fine again. I am thankful they did because in general i like to order from them. Lets now wait until my order arrives.

Hi there, unfortunately we at Northerner.com did experience some technical issues with a system over the weekend, hence why the website was showing many different error messages. However it's now back up and running again. We do apologise sincerely for the inconvenience this may have caused you all.

So was going to order some stuff. went to Northerner.com the page loaded however as soon as I selected my country and every product was 'out of stock' I thought this unusual and then the site stopped loading at all with one of those 'fatal error' messages on the screen.

I removed my cookies from my browser and northerner.com loaded but as soon as selected my country the same issue happened.

As far as the Northerner thing. I think they are doing some IT house cleaning which might account for the glitch.....or.......... it might just be Frank screwing Doris from accounting on the server again.....regardless glad it is resolved

I had similar issues with the U.S. site yesterday. Then it went back to normal.
