It depends how much you want to stay loyal to your favourite brand Extreme (not that there's anything wong in not doing that, no PP pun meant)

That seems a bit illegal to me... lying on a customs declaration.
I eat snus sometimes. What's illegal is my country's restraint of my life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Anything that furthers that goal is fighting crime, and legitimate.

            I second that.

Maybe we should have an agreement on this forum not to use the word "illegal" when talking about snus-imports, no matter what the laws in the single countries say.

Governmental restrictions of a harmless tobacco product are a scandal. And these restrictions do not even come from a lack of knowledge on the politicians' part. No, the responsible politicians cannot be so dumb or so totally uninformed to think that snus is dangerous. It's much simpler. Tobacco ist a medical plant, nicotine has several medical properties - it's a trillion $ market. Big Pharma wants to take over that market and bribes all the relevant scientists and politicians around the world since the seventies (at least). In addition to that billion $ desinformation-campaigns about the "devilishness" of tobacco have been launched around the world for decades.

That's where all our problems come from. It's a highly unethical, despicable charade that pharma companies, so called anti-tobacco-"scientists" and governments are playing out world-wide and this charade kills people.

We should talk about "problems" or "unclear laws" regarding tobacco-imports, not about "illegal actions". The illegal, undemocratic, misanthropical actions are taking place on the governments' side.

            Cheers!

In Sweden, snus is considered a food product, and is regulated by the same bureau that inspects beef and grades restaurants. It may have been a bit of a stretch to label it as such on the declaration, but it's technically accurate.

In the UK it is NOT ILLEGAL to import snus, for the record

Should we really be discussing how snus is being declared for customs in this forum? Our forum is read by anti tobacco nuts as well. Would you rather have TOBACCO in bold big red letters written instead? If it works, don't fix it.

I thought I was the only one who ate snus for breakfast.

Got my 3rd box in the UK now.

On a side note, Northerner haven't charged my credit card yet, 5 weeks after order date

Are you sure they didn't charge it 5 weeks Before the order date?

Update on my 7 can order that took 28 days to get 6 cans and 4 of those out of date. i put in a ticket explaining how they shorted me a can and that 4 of 7 were out of date. it took 5-6 days for a reply but they said they were sorry, they strive for greatness, etc. told me to let them know what kind of snus I wanted to replace the oden's and they would send it to me. so something like 7 weeks after ordering they will replace the expired oden's. Point is they are now trying to make it right. I just wish they would have told me before they sent the expired and short order. right now I have all the snus I need because I ordered from someone else. I want the Oden's because I could not order it from the other place. I don't need 5 cans of another snus or I would not have ordered from them in the first place. So I guess I will wait and see if they get any oden's in. If not I will get five cans of something I don't need and be done with it. END OF STORY.

Received my last batch from Northerner. I did order on the 6th October, but at least it arrived. I'll be ordering again.
