    I have never been pro EU, I know because of the EU you can't buy baby bonjella in Ireland and a host of other things easily available here in the UK, we are forever sending stuff over to friends in Ireland that have been banned by the EU which every other MS ignores lol.

    Unfortunately I don't think that's true ... if we're going to get them over this it has to be cleverer than a straight legal battle - I think we've got to catch them out with something that's a massive PR blow like MP's expenses in the UK parliament was. They've obviously been hiding evidence here and that might be enough ... the only MEP I can see who would benefit from trying to bring down the system is Farage, the others are just in it for the safe career in bureaucracy - much as I mistrust his motives and dislike some of his other policies, he is an eloquent speaker and seems to have created a character for himself challenging the top of the EU parliament ... for that I think he's definitely worth speaking to and sounding out with the facts we have seen here.

    I agree, but a collective of snus companies could fight it, if GN teamed up with Swedish Match, Skruf, JTI and Gotlands et al then there would be (esp RE SM and JTI) unlimited funds to fight it. This needs to be brought to people's attention!
