Merida is famous for this institution of an ice cream parlor, opened 22 years ago by Manuel Da Silva Oliveira. He started out with 4 flavors and now its steady at around 800 or so. Not all of them are available every day but the daily selection is pretty amazing. This place even made it to the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most flavors of any ice cream parlor in the world.

Coppelia is an ice cream parlor in Havana, Cuba, which claims to be the world's largest

i dont see that its proven to be the largest....hahahaha idk
