I think the "cool" part is just part of the name. I couldn't find any kind of menthol flavor in it.
Straight up Orange and Tobacco to me, hopefully a los version will be coming soon.

Anyone who hasn't tried it yet owes it to themselves to at least order and run through 1 can of it.
Easily one of the best balanced flavored snus out there.
