I'll definitely agree on UPS with you. I've received audio equipment I spent 300 dollars on, smashed and chipped upon arrival with the box looking like something i would use to shit on. The very very odd thing is though......its in the box i got last time from northerner (the whitish gray box) and I just dont see my UPS store having those, its as if the box came open in transit or something.

Sounds like the typical special UPS service. I've gotten more bent, and broken crap from those jackasses. I hate UPS with a passion. If there was another way, I'd use another way. Northerner could shoot the snus to you out of a cannon, and there'd be less risk of damage than using UPS :^S

I fired them off an email vegan but i made sure not to give any attitude. I just stated what condition the cans came in to let them know of the situation. Not really bothered by it but DAM did i want that coffee flavor it was the one i was most excited about. Right now I've got Ettan offroad frosted and thunder coola opened, wanted to hold off on the eucalyptus for my next cycle. So for the moment I have 2 deep questions in my mind, what does the coffee taste like when its fresh? and wtf does eucalyptus taste like

Why not talk to Northerner first and see if they will help you out?

truly something im considering snusdog. I'm not irate over it other than the fact im relatively new to snus and really wanted to try the coffee but it is rather dried out with this large chunk exposing its contents. The rest of the cans are fine product wise but are just......dented and smashed.

For quite a while now norhterner has been useing white boxes that are more appropriate in size for 10 tins, or a larger box for 20 tins and so on. The rolls fit so well I imagine they might even be make them especially for northerner to ship snus in. So if it wasn't a white box then UPS did some repackageing.

With that said.....those new boxes provide a nice fit for the rolls but offer no cushion. And there is no packing materials used either. So a decent smash could mess up some tins I suppose. Either way.....northerner would never send out tins in that condition. Blame the shipping outfit.....again.

Mighta been one of the street toughs from SM.

This video may shed some light on what happened to the cans. Watch it from beginning to end. Send a copy of it to Northerner if you wish.

go through customs? I ordered from the US warehouse only and live in the US. Or do i not understand customs at all? I thought customs were only things coming from another country.

Coulda been opened by some asshole as well/ For all of Northerners faults, I'm pretty sure they didn't send the cans out that way. Not sure where your from but if it had to go thru customs it would probably explain it.....
