So, Chad got banned??

what I'm amazed at, is that Chad probably got banned for "promoting his site or sale", which actually helped SNUS USERS save some money. helping snusers is what it's all about, right? I honestly think ALL the shops should be able to promote their sites, sales, etc. Each should have it's own part of the forum to discuss these things.

It's laughable really, Chad get's banned...when I've seen all manner of shit overlooked through the years and the offending person never got banned. The double standard behind the scenes here is unbelievable.

Is there any reason for this that I've missed? I haven't seen any reason for Chad to be banned ... although I have to say I'm surprised that he's still on here at all out of choice since he decided to set up a rival forum himself only a short while after joining in here.

Whatever the politics ... banning needs to be only done to a strict set of rules that we are all aware of ... otherwise the forum becomes a ridiculous dictatorship ... and a far less desirable place to be.

I'm guessing his banning had something to do with Chad "promoting" his site, when he had his sale linked with Snus Central. I think he should be allowed to promote it here, this is a snus site and we ALL need to know when snus is on sale. Northerner doesn't own this site, nor do they contribute to this site, but I think they might still host SnusOn on one of it's servers.

Rather than come out here and just tell us, they're in the "moderator's forum" waiting on SnusDog to formulate a statement to "put out" to the masses that isn't inflammatory enough to further alienate us or any other snusers.

I'm by no means a Chad fanboy, but I certainly respect what he's done, and he continually helps people find and understand snus...something I think SnusOn has gotten away from. Yet another reason that I'm glad that I'm no longer a mod on this board. If I were, things would have to change...as you all know, LMAO

Do we get an explanation as to why we lost a genuine snus brother?
I know he was really difficult with all that drunken trolling and swearing and all. It's obvious when somebody gets banned for being an arse but this doesn't add up and it definitely seddens me.

I'm curious as to the reasoning behind this, because I'm certain his site get's more traffic than SnusOn and many of his followers probably bleed over to this site? Are we trying to alienate the ENTIRE snus community, or attract new people? It's silly moves like this that make me happy that I only come here to help people get snus into shops near them.
