There are two Admins: they have all the keys and access and are primarily concerned with the operational side of things. In turn they work directly with the owner

There are 3 mods who handle the day in and day out operations and crowd control. In most cases if someone is banned it is a mod decision (our present case being a rarer exception)

I can't believe SAGEDILL entered the conversation. Haha. What? Anyway, if Ice says he's gone, he's gone. Fair enough. Chad certainly did a lot to annoy over the years, but anyone who's been paying attention (to this site only, like myself) could tell you his number 1 mission was to bring to the masses information about SNUS. He didn't deserve permanent excommunication. That's wack. Whatever though. Truth be told, IDGAF. Just speaking my piece. Or is it peace? I was never clear on that. Piece makes a lot more sense to me. well Chad made something wrong as Snuson thinks but I agree with those who says that he was quite a long time member here and could get little bit softer treatment. BUT if Snusdog is saying that it's decided I guess not much to do but Snus community become week when there are internal fights, look I can promise to Whalen Snus and not send him it will be my and Whalen problem, or Frosted fanaticly liking Odens Snus will be a few persons problem, but when
