Pittsburg is definitely a respectable club. Still managed home ice advantage without Sid the kid or Malkin. Should be a good series with that bustling hockey metropolis otherwise known as Tampa Bay...lol. This series should go 7 games with the Pens ultimately advancing. Look out for Stamkos and Lecavalier though!

Being in "the burgh" I am of course a huge pens guy, will be leaving here to go watch the game on the big screen downtown any minute. Truth be told I think we are going to see Washington & Vancouver in the finals.

I do hope Blackhawks take it but I know their not going to, like you said their not the team like they were last year.

If I am not playing favorites and just going by stats alone, Vancouver is likely to win, if that makes sense.

Honestly, that would not surprise me. Canucks won the first game of the last two playoff series(s) with the hawks......we all know what happend after that! But alas, the Hawks roster is not what it once was and this year's Canucks team.........well, we kicked everyone's ass all year long. No sign of stopping now. 'Nucks in 6. This town is pumped!! Enoy the games guys!

Cool to hear from NHL fans in Norway. I'm with you on cheering for the Pens in the East but look for a stronger presence from Tampa in front of Fleury tonight and contributions from Stamkos. I won't like it any more than you but I'm predicting Tampa ties the series tonight. Regardless.....go pens go!

I've been a hockey fan for 10 years now, I'm a Penguins fan for life.
I so want to visit my family in Canada, BC. They are Blazers fan, so I guess I am too :P (WHL)

Very cool. Kamloops is a beautiful place. I have followed the Blazers in the WHL a bit too. I'm sure your family is really cheering for the Canucks right now though!!

I think they are. And to be honest, they deserve to win the Stanley cup this year. They work hard and have so many great players.
