Not that I expect rationality to take hold any time soon. After all, you know how the European Union reacted to the Swedish snus experience, don’t you?

It banned snus.

Rational thinking doesn't bring the bacon home for most people, especially politicians. But corruption and bribery does. Maybe some day we'll have politicians in this country (and obviously WORLD as well) that understand that being in an elected political office is a privilege and not a right. But I'm not gonna hold my breath.
