I agree with the post whoring (though I do it occasionally as well) I would hate to see every thread turned into that. I can't wait to see what this shop turns into!

Coolest one I got was a can of Gotlands Yellow Portion ONE time. Mostly General Wintergreen, or GR1. I didn't really like GR1, but since they done away with the mystery can, I started missing it. Ended up buying a roll of it from Buysnus months later lol. I still have a general WIntergreen mystery can in my stash, lol. I should check the date on it, out of curiosity.

those days are gone. The snus shops don't normally give anything away now no matter how many rolls you buy at one time and however late you order is delivered. I buy a lot of snus [minimum of 5 rolls at a time] and haven't gotten a free tin with a purchase in probably 2 years.

I like the idea.. but my one concern is what makes this exclusive?
Once it gets out people can just make an account and use the shop's special deals without making a single post or contribute in any way.

Points sound like a good idea, but maybe instead of points it should be based on a "rep" system, which many other forums use.
I've done a similar member type discount and promotions on forums that I have ran in the past, and sometimes it works great and other times unforeseen crap makes it tank.

Maybe one way to avoid post whoring is to have a maximum # of points that can be earned per day. That would at least minimize the incentive to whore and make it easier to manage from a mod stand point.

If the average person posts 3.6 posts per day and you set the max at 10 you are still well within most folk's normal range..................... thus there is an incentive to stick around and add a few more legit posts before logging off for the day.......................... but at the same time no one is trying to get 200 points before night fall.

If they could find a way to eliminate posts from certain threads deemed whoring magnets such as What's in your Mouth? then the points staying would make sense. Or they could just reduce all of ours by a percentage assuming that we all post needlessly at times...well maybe not all of us but I'm guilty.

I wonder if most of us here would order big orders or not. I think it would cost me more to place a big order of say 75 cans this way rather than getting them from overseas...at least it's that way with some outfits. Maybe a discount for bulk buys that would be bigger than that of other shops. The VIP thing would've worked out much much better if there were a larger selection for the US maybe that can be incorporated to the new shop.
