Toque registered with the FDA

Ok, to avoid any panic, I think now is the time to announce that Toque will still be available in every state through The Northerner's American warehouse. I was just waiting on FDA confirmation, which we should have in the next couple of days. We thought it better to put two irons in the fire rather than risk just one and registered Toque with the FDA. We think we will still be able to supply from the UK, but why take the risk on one route to market when you can have two.

That's great, and I think it was a good idea, as I said long ago. Was it a hard thing to do? I just wonder, is it a lot of work to get your items registered?

You see, the way Tom(from Nic Rush)) Was basically draping himself in the flag and saying were moving to the UK so we can be American and sell snuff whenever we want, and Roderick wasn't ever gonna comply x(thanks to him for doing so) and it's all for you snuffers ( I may be exagerating a bit) Was a bunch of bull shit, And that's okay, his business his perogative. Anyway i knew shit was gonna hit the fan even tho so much denial has gone on.....

I am still uncertain what the NicRush statement means exactly, it has no explaination, and he has yet to say anything at snuffhouse. And then I wonder if this is pact/fda related, then what about MrSnuff? Both of them relocated to the UK, as a team of sorts, to be able to sell their snuff to the US and world, with the idea they won't be bothered by pact/fda.
