I didn't have this condition back then. It's miserable and I hate being old.
Hang in there and best on reversing your condition. It is possible.

    Kelly White Sweet Peach

Have you tried the Helwit selection? The mocha is 4.5mg nic and the flavor lasts for hours, nice burn as well. The Cola is really good too. Nice slim pouches.

Kelly White Sweet Peach @4mg per portion is a hidden gem as well imo. Lots less burn tho, very mellow.

I'm not liking nicotine anymore I believe. I just did a Juice Head 6, and it doesn't knock me out of make me feel sick, but I don't think I'm digging the nico kick. I'm curious to try some kind of non tobacco and nicotine energy or nootropic or coffee pouch. I want something that tastes good and makes me feel good. I wish these things were lower priced.

The Juice Head is from TFN, while the On! 8 are tobacco derived. I don't have any snus. I do alternate day fasting, and I can't take any nicotine on my fasting days, it about knocked me out last time. Juice Head only comes in 6 and 12, but I think for me a 4 would be just right.
Maybe check out American Velo. They have a 4 that I keep a tin of in my car in case I run out of tobacco on the road/need super discrete option for a bit of time. Also, their mint is tasty.

Mustang Los, getting ready to hit the sack for an early morning and another long drive.

I’m not sure. Originally I used it with my espresso machine with hot milk frother which I haven’t used in a long time. You can just use it like any other ground coffee I guess. I use a cafetière. Maybe it is a bit stronger than average IDK and possibly the grind is finer - I am only guessing. But all the Lavazza we get here are pretty good to me. You could use less water if you find it too strong then you’d save money!

Nice, sounds like a good combo. I'm not sure if they sell the expresso version at my grocer, I'll have to look next time. Dumb question- the expresso style is just stronger? You make a pot of that same as the other type, but use less water maybe?

Starting to like this Think it will go on my regular order list.
I’m gonna throw some Kronan portions on my next snus order this fall. Never had the portions but love the Los.

Ettan Los. Got that tin still open but have been hammering the Mustang as my all day snus.

I didn't use anything yesterday. I felt really wired out the day before which I attribute to messing with those On! pouches, that are too strong. I did an experiment this morning, I put one in, originally for 30 seconds, but that time went fast and I felt ok, so I added another 30 seconds and took it out, and the result of the experiment is I should have removed it after 30 seconds. I can feel it stronger than I prefer. I'm looking for a smooth mellow with a slight lift.
