Chad, you are SERIOUSLY dedicated to the art of snusing. I'm starting to think that all the different brands/flavors of snus should come with a picture of you on the lid and one more sticker on the can that says "This snus is approved by chadizzy"! Freakin fanboy!!! ;-)

Snusgetter could you please let me know what your blood pressure is normally, if you don't mind. If you don't know you really do need to find out. Thats too much snus to use in a day for anyone. Surely I can't make you and certainly wouldn't ask you to change your snus habits but useing that much snus along with high blood pressure is a real serious issue. And you won't find out till its too late.

If your BP is high, get the meds [they are cheap] and work on getting it regulated. If you don't I guarantee you will regret it later.

That goes for all of you guys. Please check the BP and if it high get it regulated.

I was on the meds but under some stress for maybe 8 months it slowly got worse and I didn't realize it. the results weren't good. I'll spare you all the details but one. The doctor said that if I take my meds and eat right [I already was taking my meds and eating right and it still happened] and I move to a warmer climate he says he'll give me 10 years. That was 2 yeas ago. I'm not that old either, but my body is. Even if you are young and spry like chad its important to know what your normal BP is. Get it adjusted on the low side maybe 70/105 or so. Then snus all you want. Well maybe not as much as snusgetter.

Sorry but this is one thing I need to preach about. Surely the other older members will agree.

12 a day is not that much... when I use portions I find myself just plowing through them. Los I use less...it seems to taste better for longer and "runs out" slower than portions.

I gotta try some of those combos...I pop in the what's in your mouth thread every now and then but I should pop in there more often. Like now.

12 is in my upper range, but can be expected. I range from 8-12 per day, with 10 probably being average.

12 portions per day is nothing. A relative of mine uses up to two cans of General Loose per day; that's 90 grams of snus per day compared to snusgetters 12 grams, and people using that much is not unusual in Sweden.

I will write down every prilla I take today and see really how much it is. Because I have no idea, but I have the feeling it's well over 10.
