Yes to cigs, with the help of nasal snuff and snus. Since quitting cigs, I have picked up the pipe to reward myself for not smoking the cancer sticks. I probably only average 2-3 bowls per week.

Since I took up snus, I no longer smoke, or desire to smoke the times I would usually smoke, like drinking. Now I just snus.

Hi All, I think its time that we have all the members that have actually quit smoking since useing snus reply to this thread. Please reply with a short comment if you will. You may also post a link to any thread that describes your experiance. Please no long posts or discussions or I'll be prone to edit your post. We are simply looking for a count, thanks. It would be nice to have a list available for all the world to see in one thread. This may help convert more smokers to snus. This is the place for commited snus users that have stopped smoking with the help of snus to post. I will be editing this first post when I wake up and figure out better wording.

I would put up a poll but I know there are always people that are still smoking and slowly converting to snus as their only form of nic intake. When you finally quit smoking please let us know by posting here.

Please only post here if you smoke less than four cigs a month or one cigar a month or one pipeload a month. Otherwise please wait till you get to that point in quitting before you post.

Show the world that you quit smoking with the help of snus. This may encourage others to stop smoking as well.

Your reply may help the anti-tobacco crowd realize that snus will indeed help you stop smoking and is much less harmfull.

If you have a friend that is thinking about quitting smoking please send them here for encouragement.
