Yes. Quit smoking using snus november, 2010.

Started "Dip" at 16 playing Baseball. I switched to Smokes at 19 it was collage everyone smoked. 14 years with a half a pack a day habit and my health was going fast at a young age. 3 months ago went over to snus and I haven't even thought about going back. I feel to good.

No more cigs for me or my dad since January 16...honestly, I don't even miss them. Combined, thats over 45 years of pack-a-day smoking...I don't even want to think how much money we spent...

Snus costs us each about $1.50 a day...

After 2 years of farting around with snus but never committing, I've finally dropped a 2 1/2 pack a day habit using old, frozen snus! Still tastes good. (Quit drinking also, that helped)

Update: Over 1 month now with no cigs. While on a trip, I cracked for a few (12) beers (I'm a whiskey drinker, so it's not really cheating....not)...anyway, didn't need a smoke at all!! Snus took care everything. Awesome. Back to no drinking though, I don't need the damn hangovers anymore.

Not only did it help me quit, it has also helped me not start again. I can have a cigarette every now and again and I don't feel the need to have any more.

when I started snus .... I carried on with smoking for months after..... and snusing at the same time... I was a total nicotine junkie

but every time I smoked a cigarette I didn't feel the need to smoke it really was just for the sake of carrying on smoking.........

Sometimes I was disgusted by the cigarette taste compared to snus..........

I don't even remember how long I smoked for. started when I was 15 at 1 pack a day then got to 2-3 packs a day for a few years. Either way snus helped me quit smoking. That's all that matters.
