    Congrats and keep it up. I too was over 2 PAD smoker for 25+ years and it's been 3 1/2 years no smoking with only snus.

    It has been over 3 years smoke free for me now, only snus could do that.

    thanks man its been a lot easier with snus and damn i love it lol! ima order diff flavors i want and a ice tools tin. they say those tins keep it good and fresh

    i feel you on the cig thing but ive only been on snus for three days and i stopped buying cigs at all. its hard somtimes but the snus pulls me through it

    While snus hasn't helped me quit completely, it's definitely helped me cut down. I used to smoke around 10-15 cigs a day, now thanks to Swedish snus, I'm down to about 3-5. I'm sure I'll have to quit eventually due to my job or whatever reason, but I'm not worried anymore. I know I always have snus to count on. I fear NOT having snus because then my cigarette consumption doubles. Snus, at this point, has kinda worked as a mediator for me.

    I used dip to quit cigs 30 years ago I used snus to quit dip wish I new about snus 30 years ago.

    The spitting really is an unfortunate circumstance, unless you are in the woods and nobody can see you..then its kind of fun.

    I have to give you some credit for still being up posting too. Its late here, but its almost 4 am where you are right? Much respect man, my fellow Seattleites aren't even awake...or so it seems.

    For sure, its depressing not being able to enjoy passions or hobbies because of a habit/addiction. I think having clear lungs was more of a motivator for me than cancer risk. I would have been happier using dip than cigarettes, but Snus is perfect!
