Uh, no. He would be if he did illegal drugs, but maintained those illegal drugs should remain illegal. But that's not the case.

1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion
2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings

If I play the lottery, I cannot believe dog fighting should remain illegal or that dog fighting should be prosecuted?

A junky's a junky. I don't care where you got your fix from. Who would have thought opiates were addictive. Seriously, WHO KNEW?!?! I'll tell you who knew... Anybody that's made it out of middle school in the last 100 years. NeoCons are big on the personal responsibility schtick until it's their turn.

As far as the terrorist crap goes... My comment was pretty much tongue in cheek. I don't hold Bush any more responsible than I do Obama or Clinton for terrorist attacks. Hindsight is 20/20, and everybody likes to point fingers. The only finger I'll point is at Bush for the atrocious Patriot Act. I expect better from the party that likes to talk(give lip service) about individual rights. Obama's a dick for allowing it's extension, but it's a little more understandable in his case. People don't like to give up power once they have it. It's not excusable, but it's understandable....

Wow. Legal drugs kill and harm way more people. Laws are not always in the right. I love drugs. Illegal drugs are a lot of fun. You should try it. Che will hook you up with some dirt weed.
Rush is a dirt bag IMO.

And next week, if you get hooked on some new drug that everyone thought was "safe" or "safer"? People trust physicians and are lured into a false sense of security because they expect legal prescriptions to be safe. They expect it because our paternalistic govt bans damn near everything and the lawyers sue the crap out of everyone else.

Obama is worse. He didn't extend it, he made it permanant.

It's simple math. More people use legal drugs than illegal drugs, therefore more die from legal.
