Where are you located?

We are located in Pennsylvania and we ship all our product from our US warehouse.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All information about shipping costs are displayed in our shopping cart, when you place your order. The shipping cost are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you pay. The shipping is calculated on weight of the package, volume, destination and contents.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide, except to the states and countries where online sale of smokeless tobacco is forbidden.

What about customs?

We mark international packages as containing the specific description of your order and state the cost of the item on the customs documentation, and all warning labels on the cans are in swedish or english. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents, or mark the cans in any other way. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance will have to be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you refuse your order due to these charges, or customs refuses your order due to local restrictions, there is nothing we can do. We do not reshipped or refund refused orders since this is out of our control. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local Customs office for further information before you place an order.

Order and Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and wire Bank Transfer. We are always looking for other ways to give you as many payment alternatives as possible. However, at this moment, we are able to offer you only these payment options. Please read about our credit card security.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We know you're concerned about security, and we hope this will answer some of the most common questions about what we're doing to protect you.

In an article by Tom Foremski about Electronic Commerce in The Financial Times (September 3rd 1997), experts say the risk of credit card details being intercepted on the Internet are less than the risk cardholders run today when they give card details over the phone or hand a card to a waiter in a restaurant. Credit card companies already protect users from unauthorised charges on their accounts, regardless of whether the card is used on the Internet or for a more conventional transaction.

We think that's good news, but we still take every possible precaution to protect the integrity of your credit card information.

Bank Transfer Order:

When you place a bank transfer order, you will instantly receive an e-mail with all the details on how to pay for your order. Please follow the instructions, and don't forget to put in the REFERENCE, NOTIFICATION OR MESSAGE which is the order number, so that we know which order you have paid for. Your order will be activated when the payment reaches our account, and we can see the order number. You will receive the order confirmation as soon as your order has been activated. Please note that this process can take a few days.

No unpaid orders enter our system.

Age verification for US customers:

You verify your age by first entering the address you are registered at (oterwise it doesn't matter if you enter your age correctly), and then you choose the month you were are born, and write the year. So for example if you are born in january 1975, you choose jan, and write 1975.

If you have moved recently and your new address hasn't been registed yet, the age verification doesn' t work, and it might be because you are still registered at your old address.

If you live in any of these states: Iowa, South Dakota or Maryland, we are unfortunately not allowed to sell tobacco to you.

You have to be a US citizen in order to verify your age. The system checks through a site that pulls their information from the US government. So from what we understand you need a US social security in order for it to work.

We have to follow pact act regulations, so if the age verification fails we can not approve your order. If this happens there is unfortunately nothing that we can do.

Can I order without worrying about my privacy?

We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone!

How do I know you have registered my order?

What kind of receipt do I get?

When approved by the bank that issued your credit card, you will receive an electronic receipt for your records. You can print this for your record. In addition to receiving the online electronic receipt, a copy of the successful transaction will be sent to your E-mail address which you also can keep as a receipt.

What is happening to my order now?

Your order is always handled right away. Within 24 hours of placing your order 97% of the orders are shipped out. There can be delays sometimes due to delayed shippments or the items currently beeing out of stock at our suppliers. Delays of this kind is out of our control.

How long will it take to arrive?

The estimated shipping time is shown in the shopping cart during check out (and before you pay). The shipping time varies depending on where in the world you live.

Our returns policy

We do not accept returns due to that we sell tobacco and food products which can't be resold. If we have done a mistake we guarantee to solve this, either by sending out a replacement or refund the order.

Inventory

Can I Get an Unlisted or Discontinued item?

Right now, we don't have the ability to do special orders. If a product is not listed in the store, that means that we do not carry it.

You might be able to find information about the item in a Newsgroup or Discussion Forum. To find the right one try to search in the Google Groups or Yahoo Groups.

Product Information

Can you please tell me more about this item?
Unfortunately, the only information we can give you about particular background, titles or names is what we display on the detail page for that item.

We know that often the amount of information we have about an item may make it difficult to make a purchasing decision unless you already know something about the item. With help from distributors, we're working hard to bring you all kinds of information.

Bonus Points

You get bonus points when you buy tobacco products on our site. You can see how many points a product has under the products price. For ex Bonus Value: 10.

To spend your points – go to our bonus department. There you can choose from a great selection of bonus products. You ”buy” the products for your bonus points. You don't have to use your points right away, you can save them. If there is a bonus product you like that ”cost” more points than what you have at the moment its no problem saving points in order to ”buy” it later.

Your bonus points are activated after your order has been approved, so the points you receive in the current order can not be spent until your next order. If you try to place an order with only bonus products, remember that you have to buy a regular product as well. An order can't be approved unless its processed through payex, and its not possible unless you pay for something.

Do you have a catalog?

Sorry no we don't have an e-mail or paper catalog of our inventory.

Shipping information

We can offer worldwide Express deliveries with UPS (including online tracking) as well as the regular post-service with "First Class Air Mail". The "First Class Air Mail" has no online tracking. We cannot take responsibility for lost packages if you choose to use a non registered shipping service.
