The Northerner, a company history –

Officially established in 1998 by Frank Svandal, The Northerner was first conceived as a website offering only a few Swedish products but no snus or smokeless products. A year later, after receiving many inquiries as to why Swedish snus was not available on his website, Frank decided to add snus to the growing inventory of available products. He had no idea how successful the snus business would be! In just 10 short years, Northerner.com has become one of the largest online smokeless tobacco stores on the web.
